What MoveHalo provides
MoveHalo is a personal movement-goal tool. It can display step count and active energy made available through Apple Health, let you choose daily goals, show widgets, and provide optional local completion notifications.

Your responsibilities
- Use MoveHalo lawfully and only for personal purposes.
- Keep your device and Apple account secure.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service where prohibited by law.
- Seek professional guidance before making health decisions based on activity data.
Accuracy and availability
Health values are supplied by Apple Health and connected sources. MoveHalo does not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. Background HealthKit delivery, widget refreshes, and notifications are scheduled by iOS and may be delayed. Features can also be unavailable because of permissions, device settings, network conditions for the website, or operating-system behavior.
Ownership
MoveHalo, its original design, and its software are owned by the project owner and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple product names and platform technologies belong to Apple Inc. These terms do not grant rights to use MoveHalo branding beyond ordinary product use.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, MoveHalo is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
Changes and ending use
Features or these terms may change as MoveHalo develops. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. You may stop using MoveHalo at any time and remove its Health access and local data through iOS.
